Intake & Logging
Each unit is received at our loading dock and formally logged into our system, establishing a complete chain of custody from the moment it arrives.

Full Cleaning & Sanitization
Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out to remove all biohazardous materials — safe for our technicians and the end user.

HIPAA Compliance Verification
All patient data is fully removed and every system is verified HIPAA compliant. A step many third-party dealers skip entirely.

OEM Specification Testing
Tested against OEM specifications. Issues are either addressed immediately or documented for the refurbishment phase — nothing is ignored.

Complete Disassembly
Completely disassembled down to the casters. Every single component is individually inspected by hand for wear, defects, or damage.

Label & Marking Removal
All hospital labels, adhesives, and third-party markings carefully removed from every component before refinishing.

Surface Sanding & Preparation
Each component undergoes detailed surface preparation to minimize scratches, blemishes, and cosmetic imperfections prior to painting.

Refinished in our dedicated paint booth to original OEM colors — or a custom color of your choice. Looks like it just left the factory.

Reassembly with OEM Parts
Expertly reassembled with OEM parts and restored to original standards. Critical wear components — including cables, power supplies, and flex arms — are proactively replaced to enhance durability and extend system life.

Precisely calibrated and tested against OEM performance specifications. Image quality, power, and all systems verified before burn-in.
