The Orthoscan Non-Locking Swivel Caster is the free-rolling wheel assembly used on Orthoscan Mini C-Arms. It allows smooth, 360-degree directional movement when positioning the unit in the procedure room. Unlike the locking version, this caster swivels freely without a brake mechanism. A worn or damaged caster can cause the unit to roll unevenly, wobble during positioning, or become difficult to maneuver. Also available: the locking swivel caster (450-0011) for positions where the unit needs to be held in place.
