What Is the Orthoscan Mobile DI Monitor 24″ (270-0051)?
Product: Orthoscan Mobile DI Monitor — 24″ High-Bright, Non-Integrated Fluoro Lamp
Part Number: 270-0051
Model Number: C23WT — NO Light
The Orthoscan Mobile DI Monitor (270-0051) is the 24″ high-brightness display used on the Orthoscan MDI Mini C-Arm. It is a non-integrated monitor — meaning the fluoro lamp backlight is not built into the unit (model designation: NO Light) — providing a bright, clear fluoroscopy image in both dimmed and ambient-lit procedure rooms. This monitor is specific to the MDI platform and is not interchangeable with monitors from other Orthoscan platforms. A failing monitor typically presents as a blank or black screen with the system otherwise powered on, display flickering or intermittent loss of image, visible dead pixels or screen damage, distorted color or brightness, or backlight failure producing a dim or unlit panel.

What does “non-integrated fluoro lamp” mean on this monitor?+
Non-integrated means the fluoroscopy lamp (ambient light source) is not built into the monitor housing itself. The display panel and its backlight are separate from any integrated room lighting component. The model designation “NO Light” refers to this same characteristic. This is the standard configuration for the Orthoscan MDI monitor.
What are the symptoms of a failing monitor?+
Common symptoms include a blank or black screen with the system otherwise powered on, display flickering or intermittent image loss, visible dead pixels or physical screen damage, distorted color or brightness levels, and backlight failure producing a dim or completely unlit panel. Before replacing the monitor, verify the video cable connection between the computer and display is secure.
Is this monitor compatible with other Orthoscan platforms?+
No. Part
270-0051 is specific to the Orthoscan MDI. Other Orthoscan platforms use different monitors — for example the TAU line uses the 32″ monitor (
270-2001) and the HD/FD/FD-OR/MDI/FD Pulse use the 20.1″ grayscale monitor (
270-0008). Call
