Each unit is received at our loading dock and formally logged into our system, establishing a complete chain of custody from the moment it arrives.

Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out to remove all biohazardous materials — safe for our technicians and the end user.

HIPAA Compliance Verification
All patient data is fully removed and every system is verified HIPAA compliant. A step many third-party dealers skip entirely.

OEM Specification Testing
Tested against OEM specifications. Issues are either addressed immediately or documented for the refurbishment phase — nothing is ignored.

Complete Disassembly
Completely disassembled down to the casters. Every single component is individually inspected by hand for wear, defects, or damage.
